MISSING OR DELAYED MAIL
Pardon The Daydream is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or orders marked as delivered that have not been received. Please contact USPS using the link below to begin a claim for your order. You are welcome to reach out for any assistance with this process.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here at PardonThe Daydream, orders ship fairy fast! Items are typically packed and shipped out within 1-2 days after the order has been placed.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Most orders with USPS are delivered within 3-5 business days once the item has shipped. However, please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather or postal delays.

OOPS! I ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please reach out ASAP to update your address. Orders typically ship out 1-2 with some shipping same day so ensure your address is correct, as once an order is shipped there is unfortunately nothing we can do on our end.
MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED
There are times where USPS marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Fortunately, packages often show up within 24 hours. If your package fails to arrive after 24 hours, we recommend contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number to obtain more details about your package.
